THE FIRM

Delaney Silva operates from the capital city of Managua, Nicaragua, and is comprised of a group of lawyers whose backgrounds encompass public service, the academic field and the world of business.
After stepping down from public service, Dr. Tomás Delaney founded the legal offices of Delaney & Associates in 1997 with the goal of counseling investors and companies wishing to establish themselves in the emerging Nicaraguan market. In 2012, Mr. Oscar Silva, a former associate of Delaney & Associates, joined Dr. Delaney as a partner and they reorganized the firm into DelaneySilva.
Since then, its main goal is to offer both national and foreign investors and companies the legal assistance and counseling they need to establish, consolidate and build their businesses, in order to take advantage of the exciting opportunities presented by an integrated, globalized an highly competitive market.
